Terms And Conditions

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By enrolling in courses or using the services provided by MVS Foundation, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.


2. COURSE ENROLLMENT
Students must complete the admission process, including submission of required documents and payment of fees, to enroll in any course. Course offerings and schedules are subject to change. MVS Foundation reserves the right to modify courses based on demand and availability.


3. FEES AND PAYMENT
All fees must be paid as per the specified payment schedule. Late payments may incur additional charges or result in suspension from classes. Fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the course description.


4. ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION
Students are required to maintain a minimum attendance level of 75% for successful course completion. Active participation in classes, including timely submission of assignments, is expected from all students.


5. CODE OF CONDUCT
Students must adhere to the rules of conduct established by MVS Foundation, including maintaining respect for faculty, staff, and fellow students. Any form of harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion.


6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course materials, including videos, documents, and presentations, are the intellectual property of MVS Foundation and may not be reproduced or distributed without explicit permission. Students may use course materials for personal educational purposes only.


7. CONFIDENTIALITY
MVS Foundation respects the privacy of its students and staff. Personal information collected during the admission process will be kept confidential and used solely for educational purposes.


8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MVS Foundation will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use its services or materials.


9. TERMINATION
MVS Foundation reserves the right to terminate a student's enrollment or access to services for any breach of these Terms and Conditions or for any behavior deemed inappropriate.


10. AMENDMENTS
MVS Foundation reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Students will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services will constitute acceptance of the new terms.


11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. By enrolling in courses or using the services of MVS Foundation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
